A list of the most disgusting and Just bad comics I’ve had the pain of reading.

A list of the most disgusting and Just bad comics I’ve had the pain of reading.
1. Body Bags
Body Bags tells the wonderful story of a hit man who wears a smiley face mask and his underage daughter as they….kill a pregnant woman’s baby just because. That one moment is one of the worst things I’ve ever read and to actually see it on panel is horrific. Oh and let’s not forget that his over sexualized daughter is 14. Thanks for making me feel like a horrible human being.

2. Nemesis
Incest baby bomb, that really the only thing I have to say about the whole mess of a miniseries.

3. Crossed-This series had one good issue…the rest was pretty much about people turning into rape zombies.

X-men First Class Review

X-men first class is a one of my favorite X-men titles for a reason…it doesn’t have Wolverine in it, do you know how rare that is? Okay to be fair he does show up in a flash forward or two but he is not the main character. This is a book about the five original X-men and their adventures when they were teenagers, if this sounds like X-men babies, believe me it isn’t. The focus is on the core cast of characters from the original comics, that means we get the Cyclops the most boring….

He just lured a sentinel into the Danger room so, with no powers… This comic is awesome. X-men First Class has made me take a second look at some of the characters we know from X-men and shows them develop. I mean it, because of this comic I actually now like Jean Grey. One of the reasons this comic is great is that no character really overshadows the entire series and they all get the spotlight. Jeff Parker the writer of the series must be given a lot of credit he brings up a lot of the old X-concepts you don’t see brought up anymore like mutants are kids from people exposed to radiation, or he just has Iceman be kidnapped so he can be turned into a frost giant.
The comic is very well written and I don’t want to spoil too much , if I have any criticism is that some of the art can be a little jarring at times because while it does have a main artist in Robert Cruz he doesn’t draw all the issues and it can get weird. Like well…

That piece of nightmare fuel. If you like the X-men check this out, it may no be the most dramatic of comics but it is one of the better X-books of the last few years and besides, how can you say no to this?
